I began my career as a makeup artist. My first model was my younger sister, Ai-Co, who was so kind to let me experiment with everything, whether it was false eyelashes or theatrical makeup or hair
coloring. Each makeup session turned into a photographic session. I believe that to have a successful makeup session or a photography session, an interaction between the model and the photographer is required in order to make the picture
look effortless and meaningful.
Photography is not only a profession, but it is also an art form. My vision is to bring out the beauty of an individual rather than to make an individual look like someone else. That is for each photography session, my goal is to make an individual more beautiful and to make that individual feel more confident about himself/herself.
My outside interests includes attending theatrical plays or musicals, reading books,
painting, and playing volleyball.
